倒れないためにも　完全にストップをすることは避けてスピードを落としながらもクリエイティブや情報発信を呼吸と同じように自然と行えるカラダへ変えていけるように意識していくことが変わっていくと信じ　完全オフにしなくても考える日だと視点を変えることで無駄にはならずピカッと閃いたアイデアをカタチへと変えていけるための準備と余裕を作っていくことへ　時間が流れていくのを/In order not to fall down. 昨日は約1ヶ月ぶりにブログをアップすることが出来て、いつも通りスタエフを収録してから寝て今朝起きてからブログの内容をAIテキスト音声読み上げ機能を使って作ってYouTubeにアップしていました。
午前は少し外へ出てから帰ってきてから、おうちで小説の続きを少しだけ書きながら疲れが溜まってきているのでいつもよりペースを落として、出来る事を一つずつこなしていました。
